The 10,000 square foot villa has a Mexican inspired facade with touches of Balinese design. The floor plan is open, light and breezy. Rooms are situated to maximize the stunning ocean views. We worked for months with our architect to reverse-engineer our favorite rental properties in Costa Rica, combining top designs into The Villa.

We selected materials that integrate and stress the incredible views. Subdued earth tones calm the spirit. We did our best to weave elements of earth and water throughout the home, including river rock floor inlays, exotic woods and Nicaraguan hand-made roof tiles.

In all, seven private bedrooms are generously situated in the two story structure. Even at maximum capacity, guests will still find plenty of space to roam.
