Villa Artist – Hernan Ramirez

Hernán Ramírez grew up chasing his dream to become an artist, living each day as an artistic experience. For over 20 years, he worked in Costa Rica’s Magaly Theaters, painting immense murals of Hollywood’s favorite stars, earning himself the nickname “the Hollywood Painter” and national fame. His work can also be found at the National Museum, Children’s Museum, Costa Rican Art Museum and INBio Park.

Ramirez worked with the villa designer to create original paintings that mix forms and colors to explore the creation of nature and man. Your stay at Villa Buena Onda will surround you with thought-provoking abstracts and scenes that showcase Ramírez’s vision and unique understanding of the world and its various shapes. You’ll leave Costa Rica knowing that your eyes and senses were serenaded by the famous Hollywood Painter. Parting does not, however, have to be sorrowful as his works are on sale exclusively to guests of the villa.
