Payment

50% of the total payment must be sent at time of booking. The rest of the payment must be realized 120 days in advance to occupation.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of $2,000 is required upon check-in at the villa. This will be held in the form of a voucher on any major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express). The Villa reserves the right to deduct charges for repairs and replacement, etc., from the security deposit. Any unused will be portion reimbursed within 30 days of the end of the rental term.

Cancellation Policy

All Reservations are 50% refundable if canceled prior to 90 days before arrival or 25% refundable if canceled prior to 60 days before arrival.  If a cancellation occurs less than 60 days prior to arrival, there will be no refund.

Holiday Weeks are 50% refundable if canceled prior to 120 days before arrival or 25% refundable if canceled prior to 90 days before arrival. If a cancellation occurs less than 90 days prior to arrival, there will be no refund.

Reasonable Use

Villa Buena Onda is intended for use as a private vacation property for pre-approved tenants. Any additional guest(s) to the property must be approved by the Villa Concierge, and overnight guests must not exceed 23. The Villa may not be used for any illegal or unlawful purposes. Tenants must conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb neighbors or the natural environment with excessive noise, mistreatment or pollution. Tenants will be held responsible for any damages that occur to the property.

Smoking and Pets

Smoking is not allowed inside The Villa. Each guest suite has a private patio or balcony in addition to the extensive outdoor covered space available at the villa that can be used for this purpose. No pets may be brought to the villa. Exceptions may be solicited and presented in written form from the Villa owners in advance.
