Your Professional Chef: Luis comes to the villa with an impressive resume with experience aboard the Royal Caribbean cruise line and as head chef at several important Costa Rica hotels such as Arenas del Mar, Flamingo Beach Resort and Casa Conde del Mar. He creates his dishes from scratch utilizing fresh natural ingredients and specializes in international cuisine. |
